Data engineer

What Will You Do?

• Gain hands-on experience with modern data engineering technologies and cloud services
• Learn to build data pipelines using PySpark, delivered as a AWS Glue job
• Explore helper services of AWS for tasks aiming to apply best practices like security, notifications etc.
• Create data visualizations in tools like Grafana
• Support the development of infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or AWS CDK
• Collaborate with team members and hold status update meetings and demos

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Python and SQL
• Interest in cloud computing concepts
• Enthusiasm for learning and working in a team

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience with PySpark or Pandas
• Any hands-on experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP etc.).
• Exposure to infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK etc.).
• Familiarity with BI tools like Grafana, Power BI, Tableau etc

DevOps

What Will You Do?

• Develop infrastructure as a code in Terraform
• Setup serverless architecture on AWS by using services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB
• Setup pipelines for all the components with GitLab
• Develop complete monitoring solution with alerts for your system with CloudWatch, SNS

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of cloud concepts
• Understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience with cloud services.
• Any experience with infrastructure as a code tools

General requirement:

To apply for our internship program, you must be a student in the 3rd, 4th, or final year of studies in IT-oriented departments at universities in Serbia, with no previous work experience in the IT industry.
