We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud Expert to manage and optimize our clients' e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, proven experience in e-commerce solutions, and a valid Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification.

Project, teams, requirements & duties

What you will be working on?

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions to meet client requirements.

• Customize and configure Salesforce Commerce Cloud to optimize performance and user experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce Commerce Cloud with other systems.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Commerce Cloud issues.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and best practices.

• Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients on Salesforce Commerce Cloud functionalities. 

What do we expect from you?

• Valid Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud

• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices

• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to have:

• Experience with other Salesforce products and services

• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Depending on the project, our teams consist of a mix of several front-end, backend developers, test automation engineers, DevOps engineers, and a delivery manager (scrum master), while the product owner is client-side.
